About Dr Kelly Chipperfield
Dr Kelly Chipperfield is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing psychological support and care to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Kelly is passionate about supporting her clients to become their best selves, both individually and in their relationships.
Her extensive experience in hospital settings and working with athletes has helped her develop expertise in both Sport and Health Psychology. With a strong personal background in sport and professional experience working with elite athletes and their partners, Kelly founded Strive Psychology to offer specialised psychological support.
Her vision is to extend this support to individuals, couples, and organisations—including sporting and corporate industries—through therapeutic services, education, and workshops aimed at enhancing mental health and wellbeing.

About Alison Munoz
Alison Munoz is a compassionate and experienced registered psychologist with a Master of Applied Psychology (Sport Psychology), completed in 2009. With a broad background spanning clinical and non-clinical roles—including injury management, organisational psychology, EAP counselling, and private practice—Alison brings a well-rounded approach to her work.
In recent years, Alison has focused on providing psychological support to adults and couples in private practice. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with care, respect, and evidence-based strategies.

Aphrodite Papageorgiou is a Clinical Psychologist and advanced EMDR practitioner with over 18 years’ experience across public, private, and forensic settings. She works with individuals aged 16+ and brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and insight to her practice. Aphrodite is deeply committed to supporting her clients as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded, connected, and fulfilling life.

Nathanial Brown is a Registered Psychologist offering after-hours and weekend appointments for individual adults seeking support. He works with people navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-worth, obsessions and compulsions, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Nathan has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, down-to-earth, respectful, and genuine.

Mina Freeman is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience working across private practice, research, and assessment settings, and supports adults, adolescents, and couples. Mina has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and is thoughtful in tailoring therapy to best meet each person’s unique needs and strengths.
Mina believes psychological wellbeing develops through insight into patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour, alongside a strong sense of hope that change is possible. About Jenny
Jenny joined the practice in 2022 and has been a breath of fresh air ever since. With her warm, bubbly personality, Jenny helps create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. She is often the first point of contact for clients and takes great pride in making everyone feel comfortable and cared for.
As the practice administrator, Jenny manages all administrative needs and client enquiries with efficiency and a smile. Her approachable nature and genuine care ensure that clients feel supported throughout their experience at the practice.
Outside of work, Jenny is a busy mum to three young children and a much-loved puppy named Alfie.
