About Mina Freeman
Mina Freeman is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience working across private practice, research, and assessment settings, and supports adults, adolescents, and couples. Mina has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and is thoughtful in tailoring therapy to best meet each person’s unique needs and strengths.
Mina believes psychological wellbeing develops through insight into patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour, alongside a strong sense of hope that change is possible. She is committed to providing a secure, empathic, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can clarify goals, gain meaningful insight, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and their lives.

Her approach is client-centred, flexible, and insight-focused, supporting clients to better understand their experiences and move toward lasting change.
Outside the Therapy Room
